Fishkill has a genuinely old village core alongside substantial later commercial and residential development along the highway corridor. Those are two different housing stocks and they want different cabinetry.
The old village houses are older construction with low ceilings, out-of-square rooms, and kitchens that were added rather than designed — a measuring job against rooms that are not square, and a door style that suits the era. The later development along the corridor is newer and plainer, where the question is finish and storage rather than layout. We sell cabinets, we measure, and we deliver them. We do not install them, and we do not arrange anyone who does. You hire your own installer, and your contract is with them.
